BC Human Rights Tribunal Needs Your Input
Shared on behalf of BC’s Human Rights Commissioner
BC’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner is seeking your insights as part of a project to monitor and evaluate the state of human rights across B.C.
Since our Office was established in 2019, a key priority has been to conduct community research across B.C. to establish a human rights baseline for the province that will allow us to monitor changing human rights issues and evaluate progress. By establishing a human rights baseline, we aim to influence policy, raise public awareness and deepen relationships across B.C. to enhance capacity and build strength.
Please take the time to provide your crucial insights on human rights in B.C. by filling out our Baseline Project survey. Your contributions are critical in informing a human rights baseline for B.C.
Find and participate in the survey here. The survey is active from May 3 to June 9, 2023.
Should you have any questions or concerns, or if you prefer to answer this survey via phone or Zoom audio call, please contact our Research team at Research@bchumanrights.ca or call 1-844-922-6472 (toll free) to schedule a time to complete the survey.
If you know of any other community organization, service provider or public institution that might want to respond, we welcome you forwarding on this email.
Sincerely, Carla Suarez – Research Manager, BC’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner
