This is the coldest time of year. Yet most of BC’s 200,000 construction workers do not have access to temperature-controlled washrooms at work.

They have to endure dirty, smelly, and unlit porta-potties. These units are freezing cold in the winter — and oppressively hot in summer.

Construction workers deserve better.

B.C.’s construction workers build our province every day. They deserve access to temperature-controlled washroom facilities with flush toilets — something the rest of us take for granted.
