This is a friendly reminder to register for the BCFED’s virtual event “Recognizing the 40th Anniversary of Injured Workers Day” on June 1st from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.

June 1st is an important day to highlight our ongoing fight for the restoration of dignity, respect and justice for injured workers. We hope you and your members can join us:

This virtual event will provide an opportunity for injured workers, family members, worker advocates and our affiliated members to hear about the work we have been doing to urge government and the WCB to restore a worker-centred approach to the workers’ compensation system in BC.
The following experienced worker advocates and lawyers will be assisting with the event:

- Janet Patterson, Retired Lawyer, Adjudicator and Labour Educator
