Invitation to Informal Discussions: Gendered Violence at KPU

Hello Faculty!  

Welcome to the sunny days!  

I wanted to remind you that as the Status of Women Representative with the Kwantlen Faculty Association, I’m organizing informal 1-hour meetings to discuss various topics related to gendered violence and hostility in our workplace.  In April’s meeting, gendered ‘Institutional Housekeeping’ was discussed. Here is a schedule of topics and meeting times over the next few months that will be held on the Surrey Campus. Please RVSP and I will book a room according to the size of our group. Whether you have experienced gendered violence or hostilities in our workplace or not, I hope that you will attend as sharing experiences is just as central to listening in our path forward.
