Notice of Amendments to the KFA Constitution and By-Laws

Dear Kwantlen Faculty Association Members,
In accordance with By-Law 3.4.1, this is notice of changes for By-Law # 4 and #3.4:
MOTION: Move that BY-LAW #4 be renumbered to reflect numbering practices.
MOTION: That BY-LAW 3.5 under BY-LAW #4 read as follows: A quorum of the Executive Committee shall be a majority of fifty percent plus one of elected or appointed voting members not on leave.
