Ratification Vote Results

Hello KFA members!
I am pleased to announce the results of the ratification vote for our new Collective Agreement.
The vote results are as follows:
In Favour: 290
Opposed: 14
Abstained: 2
Thank you all for taking the time to vote!
The next steps are to inform the employer of our ratification results and await the ratification on their side. The employer’s team will need to ratify the tentative agreement with the Board of Governors and the PSEA. Once the ratification is complete on both sides, the parties will need to implement the changes into the current Collective Agreement.
