Precarious Profs Campaign– Please sign FPSE’s petition to eliminate precarity in the post-secondary sector. BC’s contract faculty do the same work as regular faculty, and they deserve to be treated fairly. They work hard, sharing their knowledge to ensure that students succeed and to improve the lives of all British Columbians. Despite this, they often earn lower salaries, have no employment stability, and are treated as disposable employees by institutions.

It’s time to change this. I support fair treatment for contract faculty.
