Notice of By-Law Change:

As per By-Law 3.4.1, the KFA is providing members with the following notice of a proposed amendment to By-Law 4.5 as follows:

4.5. A quorum of the Executive Committee shall be fifty percent plus one of elected or appointed twelve (12) voting members.
